Cold store insulation technician • Kent, England

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cold store insulation technician in Kent, England. Day-to-day duties: • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application What we are looking for: • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Willing to travel between sites • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
