Bar waiter — Coosa County

Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems Day to day you will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules; check back during the meal and handle special requests; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left.
