What we are looking for: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods You will check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
