Immediate opening: we are hiring a bulldozer operator in Wilson County, Kansas. The job is at a civil contractor's yard. You will grease pins and bushes and check undercarriage tension daily; work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; spread imported fill in even layers ready for compaction; refuel the machine and record running hours; follow GPS and laser grade control to hit design levels. Requirements: • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters • Physically fit for climbing on and off the machine • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
