Elevator technician • McHenry County, North Dakota

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an elevator technician in McHenry County, North Dakota. You will be based in a residential tower block. Day-to-day duties: • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy Requirements: • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work We offer $4,600 per month plus benefits.
