Food packing operative • Eilean Siar, Scotland

Join our team: we are hiring a food packing operative in Eilean Siar, Scotland. You will work in a pharmaceutical packing unit. You will separate rejects and re-pack faulty units; apply labels, barcodes and batch codes to each pack; wipe down and sanitise the line following hygiene rules; inspect packs for leaks, dents or damaged seals; feed products onto the conveyor belt and clear jams; shrink-wrap trays and stretch-wrap finished pallets. You should have: • Attention to detail for date codes and labelling • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing • Willing to work rotating shifts, including nights Six days a week, one day off.
