Join our team: we are hiring a dogger in Snyder County, Pennsylvania. You will work on a high-rise building site. The role involves: • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position You should have: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear 1+ years on the tools preferred.
