Requirements: • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times • Willing to work outdoors in heat, dust and rain The role involves: • Clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience.
