Guest room attendant • Augusta County, Virginia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a guest room attendant in Augusta County, Virginia. You will work in a hospital housekeeping department. Requirements: • Able to stand, bend and lift through long shifts • Sharp attention to detail and an eye for cleanliness Day-to-day duties: • Service 14-16 rooms per shift to the floor checklist • Sort soiled linen, send it to laundry and count the returns • Report maintenance faults — leaking taps, blown bulbs, faulty AC — to engineering • Strip and make beds with fresh linen and tight hospital corners • Follow the colour-coded cloth system to avoid cross-contamination • Clean and disinfect bathrooms — toilets, basins, showers, mirrors and tiles Meals and transport allowance provided.
