Banquet server wanted in Seward County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a banquet server in Seward County, Nebraska. What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change The role involves clear and reset tables between covers; check back during the meal and handle special requests; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
