We are recruiting: formwork joiner (Louisiana)

Join our team: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Richland Parish, Louisiana. You will be based on a busy high-rise construction site. Your main tasks: • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour You should have: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing Six days a week, one day off.
