Immediate opening: we are hiring an access control officer in Berkeley County, South Carolina. The job is at a bank branch. You should have: • Alert, disciplined and punctual • Clean police verification with no criminal record Day-to-day duties: • Raise the alarm and follow the evacuation drill in an emergency • Man the reception desk and direct visitors to the right block • Detain shoplifters or trespassers and hand them over to police • Check fire exits, locks, gates and seals during rounds • Hand over the duty register and brief the next shift at handover • Man the entry gate and check visitor IDs and gate passes Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
