Sewing machine operator wanted in Crawford County

Join our team: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Crawford County, Arkansas. You will work on a ready-made garment production line. On a typical shift you will press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift. What we are looking for: • Quality-conscious with an eye for puckers, skipped stitches and uneven seams • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently 3+ years on the tools preferred.
