Formwork joiner wanted in Elmore County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a formwork joiner in Elmore County, Alabama. The role involves: • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs Requirements: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork Six days a week, one day off.
