Plant operator wanted in Orange County

Join our team: we are hiring a plant operator in Orange County, New York. Day-to-day duties: • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Excavate trenches and foundations to the marked depths and grade levels • Check for underground cables and services before digging What we are looking for: • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance Rotating shifts.
