Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Cameron Parish, Louisiana. The job is in a hospital canteen. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Day to day you will keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature. 1+ years on the tools preferred. $4,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
