Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts On the job you will handle: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard 5+ years on the tools preferred.
