Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Fakai, Kebbi State. You will work in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Day-to-day duties: • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch Ideal candidate: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium Full-time, day shift.
