We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Avery County, North Carolina. The role involves: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Rotating shifts.
