Now hiring: we are hiring a construction helper in Zango, Katsina State. Day-to-day duties: • Wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean • Erect and dismantle scaffolding and pass materials up • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Hand tools and materials up to workers on the upper floors • Set out levels with line and plumb under the mason's direction • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate You should have: • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Punctual and ready to do overtime when a pour demands it • Wear safety helmet, boots and gloves at all times Full-time with occasional weekends.
