Urgent requirement: we are hiring a PVC profile cutter in Northwest Hills Planning Region, Connecticut. The role involves: • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile • Crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter Ideal candidate: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors Pay around $4,700 per month, based on your experience.
