Oven operator wanted in Minnehaha County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an oven operator in Minnehaha County, South Dakota. Day-to-day duties: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer You should have: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
