Powder spray gun operator • Mopa-Muro, Kogi State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Mopa-Muro, Kogi State. The job is in a busy paint shop. Day-to-day duties: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow Requirements: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes Part-time with flexible hours.
