Plasterer's mate • Polk County, Missouri

Vacancy available: we are hiring a plasterer's mate in Polk County, Missouri. You will be based on a commercial fit-out project. Day to day you will clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; apply bonding and browning undercoats to brickwork and blockwork; dub out hollows and uneven areas before skimming; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster; mix gypsum plaster and cement render to a workable consistency. Requirements: • CSCS card or willing to obtain one • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off.
