Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards On a typical shift you will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room.
