What we are looking for: • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish The role involves strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder.
