Roofing foreman • Alexander County, North Carolina

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Alexander County, North Carolina. The job is on commercial flat-roof projects. Requirements: • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate Day to day you will fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens; hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; bed and point ridge tiles with mortar; strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
