Now hiring: we are hiring a plant operator in City of Waynesboro, Virginia. You should have: • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor On the job you will handle: • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
