Cook — Inverclyde

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cook in Inverclyde, Scotland. What we are looking for: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets Day to day you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. £2,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
