Concrete placer — Broomfield County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete placer in Broomfield County, Colorado. You should have: • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods Your main tasks: • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience.
