Fusing press operator — Owerri Municipal

Join our team: we are hiring a fusing press operator in Owerri Municipal, Imo State. You will work at a garment factory. On the job you will handle: • Shape collars, cuffs and lapels using a tailor's ham and sleeve board • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press • Give each garment a final press before packing • Keep the boiler topped up and hold steady steam pressure • Check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep ₦245,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
