Kitchen steward — Armstrong County

Now hiring: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Armstrong County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a banquet hall. On the job you will handle: • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. We offer $2,700 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
