Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Logan County, Colorado. You will work at a powder coating unit. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens On a typical shift you will pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
