You will apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; prime and seal bare metal to stop rust; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss. You should have: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing $2,900 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off.
