Great opportunity: restaurant steward (Alabama)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a restaurant steward in Crenshaw County, Alabama. The job is at a busy restaurant. On the job you will handle: • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery You should have: • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Basic numeracy for handling cash, bills and change Full-time with occasional weekends.
