Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Cochise County, Arizona. The job is at a precision engineering workshop. You should have: • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day The role involves inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
