Roofing labourer wanted in Modoc County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a roofing labourer in Modoc County, California. You will work at a sheet metal roofing workshop. Requirements: • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) Day-to-day duties: • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets • Seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing • Fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits • Carry out leak inspections and patch repairs • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
