Join our team: we are hiring a café server in Benton County, Indiana. The job is at a rooftop bar and grill. You will check back during the meal and handle special requests; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; upsell starters, desserts and beverages; greet guests, seat them and present the menu. Ideal candidate: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
