Your main tasks: • Bend and tie rebar with binding wire for slabs and columns • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Pour and spread concrete, then compact it with a poker vibrator Requirements: • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker • Prior experience as a labourer on building or civil sites • Site safety induction or labour card an advantage 2+ years on the tools preferred.
