Powder coating line operator • Divide County, North Dakota

We are recruiting: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Divide County, North Dakota. You will work in a busy paint shop. Your main tasks: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time Ideal candidate: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
