Concrete pump mate wanted in East Feliciana Parish

Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in East Feliciana Parish, Louisiana. The job is on a high-rise slab pour. Day-to-day duties: • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab • Give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified • Fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days You should have: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE $20 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
