Rebar worker — Akure South

Vacancy available: we are hiring a rebar worker in Akure South, Ondo State. The job is on an infrastructure project such as a metro or flyover. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of lap lengths, cover and bar spacing • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) On the job you will handle: • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat Part-time with flexible hours.
