On a typical shift you will collect parcels and documents from the despatch hub at the start of each shift; handle fragile and perishable items with care while riding; update the delivery status (picked up, on the way, delivered) on the app in real time; carry food orders in an insulated thermal box to keep meals hot; call or message customers to confirm the address and drop-off point; weave through heavy traffic while keeping to delivery time slots. Requirements: • Basic reading and number skills to handle addresses and cash • Ability to ride safely in heavy traffic and in monsoon rain At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift.
