Immediate opening: we are hiring a steward in Uzo-Uwani, Enugu State. What we are looking for: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure On the job you will handle: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature Part-time with flexible hours.
