You will investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports; inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates; conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task.
