Vacancy available: we are hiring a lorry driver in Brown County, South Dakota. Day-to-day duties: • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Check tyre pressures, engine oil, coolant and brake fluid levels You should have: • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Willing to take on night and multi-day trips Pay around $30 per hour, based on your experience.
