Tandoor cook — Mendocino County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Mendocino County, California. The role involves: • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
