Your main tasks: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • 2+ years' experience as a baker Rotating shifts.
