Confectioner — Ohio County

Now hiring: we are hiring a confectioner in Ohio County, Kentucky. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics On the job you will handle: • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Rotating shifts.
