HVAC-R technician — Mercer County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a HVAC-R technician in Mercer County, North Dakota. You will work at a busy refrigeration workshop. You should have: • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC Day to day you will braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch; pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture; replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves; trace electrical circuits with a multimeter; clean condenser and evaporator coils; check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil. At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $20 per hour, based on your experience. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift.
